My first loaf of sourdough bread. It was good, but not very sour. Going to try a different recipe when my start is ready again in a day or two.

I just hope the loaf really isn't as big as it looks or I should hurry and drive up there

heheh Actually it is that big! It was supposed to be four round loafs, but I am lazy, so it's just one big one!
